Hot water bottle story: Hiking day - a life between wellness and hiking. South Tyrol can do it. Two people who can do it are Luka and Sophia. The two of them occasionally look for a break in nature - away from two stressful jobs. Their secret place of relaxation is in Sterzing.

In the mornings, when Sophia and Luka set off, it is often still fresh. Then the motto at the first stop is often: "An apple a day keeps the doctor away".
